As the TSE you plan, organize and deliver technical service to customers within the Castrol Marine and Energy technical offer. You coordinate technical activities within the account teams and are the one stop shop for the customers’ lubricant questions and applications needs in the Nordics.
The TSE gives customer recommendations for products in Shipping or Oil & Gas applications. Castrol Nordics region works with approx. 2.000 ships, both larger and smaller Shipping companies. You will be the first point of contact for many of these customers and travel around 25% of your time. You are ideally located in Oslo.
Competencies and experiences
We are looking for a Maritime Engineer with a mix of Technical service and sales experience within Shipping. Maybe you have worked as a 2:nd or 1:st Engineer or Chief Engineer for one of the major Shipping companies but now would like to settle onshore?
In order to be successful you ideally have previous experience and knowledge from working on a ship. You are a structured, analytical, communicative and relationship oriented person who are self-motivated and enjoys meeting people at all levels. You are fluent in spoken and written Norwegian and English.
