Then you might be our new Vehicle Fleet Lead! The current Vehicle fleet in Sweden consists of 30 heavy fueling vehicles, located at Air bp’s ~ 20 Swedish airports. As the Vehicle Fleet Lead, you plan, coordinate and manage all fleet maintenance and repairs, executed by contractors in accordance with bp, HSSE, and industry standards. In collaboration with the Operations team you manage the replacement of 3-5 fueling vehicles a year. With Air bp’s shift to low carbon vehicle solutions you will play a key role in this challenging and exciting transition in Sweden and contribute to the wider Air bp’s vehicle community. You travel 50% of your time, with continuous visits to the local Swedish airports and vehicle manufacturers based in Europe. You are ideally located in the South of Sweden.
Competencies and experiences
We are looking for someone with a mix of technical and safety focused hands-on project management skills, with previous experience from a closely aligned industry.
Maybe you have worked with truck Chassis or Aircraft Fueling equipment and gained a thorough understanding of the equipment used. You need to be comfortable in a regulatory environment with health and safety and the forefront of everything we do.
We are looking for a self-motivated, communicative and quality focussed person, who enjoys meeting people at all levels, and being at the centre of the action. You are experienced with managing and delivering through contractors, and fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
