As Head of Banking & Financial Services consulting you will drive management consulting engagements and grow Cognizant’s business into the future. We expect you to use your consultative sales experience to proactively grow the Banking & Financial Services consulting team in Sweden. In order to succeed, you will have the support of our Nordic team, the global Banking & Financial Services consulting practice, our horizontal consulting practices and the broader Cognizant team in Sweden. You will be measured on sold consulting projects, consulting revenue growth and client satisfaction.
You report to the Head of Cognizant Consulting Nordics.

Competencies and experiences
Professionally, you have a university degree in business administration, engineering or related field. You have extensive, hands-on management consulting experience with deep advisory and end-to-end digital strategy and transformation skills.
You have functional expertise within the key digital transformation themes within Banking & Financial Services. You are used to working with global and regional clients on an executive level and hold a strong track record of selling and delivering digital strategy and transformation engagements to Banking & Financial Services clients. You focus on trust-based client relationships and have a good local network.
You are fluent in Swedish as well as in English. Personally, you have strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a doer who can proactively identify, prioritize, qualify and convert opportunities.
